- Intake tool – Managing the queue according to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Sign – Submitting contracts for e-signature according to defined policies and procedures
- Store – Uploading contracts to the appropriate repository according to defined procedures
- Manage
- Preparing ad hoc reports per request from business clients and LCA GCO
- Updating metadata in contract repository per request from business clients
- Searching for information in the tools
- Process Support
- Responding to process questions
- Responding to questions about corporate contracting policy and requirements
- Responding to questions about the status of the contracts in the process
- Fielding tool questions and responding or routing/escalating according to defined procedures
